Carla Cochrane is a member of the Fisher River Cree Nation and also has roots in Sagkeeng First Nation. She is a proud mother of her 8 year old son. Her education includes obtaining a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has had the privilege of gaining experience working and volunteering at both federal and provincial government levels. She has worked with youth in various roles which include a coach, a mentor, a youth leader, a presenter, facilitator and a counsellor.  She has worked in various coordination roles for various events supported by the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs and as well with other organizations. Carla has a keen interest in working for First Nations people and has served on the Winnipeg Police Services Aboriginal Advisory Committee , the UMAYC Aboriginal Youth Advisory Committee for Heritage Canada and the Manitoba First Nations Youth Council.

Gord Petruic is a proud member of The Key First Nation in Saskatchewan and is happy to call Manitoba home for close to 10 years now. He is a proud father of 8 year old daughter Revecca.  He has an extensive background in media and is known as “Goodtime Gord”. He is recognized as a role model for First Nations youth and his strong passion to work with First Nations Youth stems from his loss of his brother Danny to suicide. Gord hopes that by working with First Nations youth that he can make a positive difference in their lives.  Most recently he worked with the National Aboriginal Hockey Championships and as the Director of Education for his home community.
